For cancellations/ rescheduling requests more than 48 hours away from scheduled session, LOST will assist to either
(1) Reschedule to a new session with no extra cost
(2) Cancel the session and provide a full refund

For last minute cancellations/ rescheduling requests less than 48 hours away from scheduled session, LOST will assist to either
(1) Reschedule to a new session with an additional charge of 50% of your total bill
(2) Cancel the session and provide a 50% refund

No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for no shows or late arrival
